Hansini has 12 years of experience across various aspects of the travel industry. Through a combination of consulting and industry experience, Hansini has a deep understanding of how to manage projects and change effectively in cross-functional global organizations.
Prior to joining Acquis Consulting Group, Hansini worked for Sabre Travel Network and HRS, where she gained experience in business development, strategy, process improvement, and procurement. She was recognized as a PhoCusWright 35 Under 35 Young Leader.

Suzanne joined ZS Associates in 2012 with six years experience in the hospitality industry. She earned a bachelor’s degree in hospitality followed by a GTP travel certification. Her deep understanding of how airline and hotel suppliers operate within their respective provider spaces showcases the ideal background and combination of skill and knowledge for her role.
In August of 2019 Suzanne was named Business Travel News’ “Travel Manager of the Year.” Her accomplishments were recognized again three months later as one of BTN’s “25 Most Influential People in Travel.” A full-length article also chronicled the design and management of her program, describing it as “state of the art” and an “industry disrupter.”

Bala is the Co-founder and CEO of Lumo, a Boston-based startup that forecasts flight disruptions. He is equal parts aviation geek and data nerd, and was featured in Skift’s 2018 Corporate Travel Innovators list.

A Dallas native, Matt’s interest in travel started early. At the age of 10, his mom, inspired by the film “Out of Africa,” packed up her three sons and headed to Botswana and Kenya. This first trip abroad led to many more summer adventures.
Matt has more than 20 years of experience in application development, business development, and product management in travel and open source enterprise software.
As Chief Product Officer, Matt guides the evolution of Traxo’s products based on the company’s mission to organize & unlock all corporate travel data to empower travel managers and to turn every corporate travel program into a strategic asset.

Nicolas Graf, PhD, is the associate dean and Jonathan M. Tisch Chaired Professor of the NYU Jonathan M. Tisch Center of Hospitality. He is the founder of the Hospitality Innovation HUB and incubator program at NYU. Prior to this, he served as chief academic officer of Les Roches Global Hospitality Education, managing director at Alain Ducasse, and professor and director of the IMHI Center at ESSEC Business School in Paris.
He has published in numerous academic journals in the fields of finance and strategy, including the International Journal of Hospitality Management, The Real Estate Finance Journal, and the Journal of Retail & Leisure Property.
Over the past 20 years, he has delivered executive education courses for various companies in Asia, MEA, North and South America, and Europe, and he has conducted several consulting projects in the fields of asset management, strategic planning, and business development.

Greeley Koch is a Partner and Senior Vice President at DigiTravel Consulting. Having served as a global corporate procurement leader, Greeley understands the buyer’s needs and is focused on developing new ways of engaging with the marketplace via digital content highlighting leading solutions, conducting research and bringing experts together in all parts of the world.
Greeley also stays actively engaged with start-up companies, keeping his fingers on the pulse of what’s next. His experience includes serving as the Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) Executive Director, leadership roles at HRS (Hotel Reservation Service) and Acquis Consulting Group. Industry accolades include being named a Top 25 Influential Executive and Top 30 Travel Influencers in business travel.

Mark Walton is an industry expert in the field of corporate travel management and related areas of the travel industry.
Serving in the capacity of Executive Vice President – Strategy at Options Travel, Mark’s responsibilities include overall strategic direction of the company and global travel operations.
Overall Mark has more than 30 years of experience in various roles throughout the travel industry, including management positions at Northwest Airlines and Arrington Travel Center where he was Vice President of Sales, Client Relations and Operations. Mark was also a partner in an expense management company, Workflow Solutions which was sold to a company purchased by Concur.
Mark is often quoted in the travel industry press and has delivered numerous presentations at industry conventions and regional forums on such topics as globalization, agency/corporate financial modeling, airline distribution methods, expense management systems, travel policy, and corporate airfare strategies.
